POPIA

What is POPIA?

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act or POPIA) aims to protect personal information of natural and juristic persons like:

• Companies
• Closed Corporations
• Living people and,
• Trusts

When and where have we obtained your personal information?

There are several instances where we would have access to your personal information, such as:

• Collecting your information based on your use of our products, services or service channels
• Collecting your information based on how you engage or interact with us. By contacting our customer care, sending emails and letters, making telephone calls, attending webinars and so on.
• Lastly, we will collect your personal information from completed forms i.e. contact and billing information, customer take-on forms, webinar and course registrations.
