A senior QA consultant proposed a strategy, developed a plan and was leading a project to implement a Quality Management System. Using standard documents from Mérieux NutriSciences, a customized system is implemented.

The related actions were divided between the company and Mérieux NutriSciences. Mérieux NutriSciences provided a mix of services including: designing the ways of working, writing SOPs, training of staff and evaluating operational results.

As a result of this project, the company complies with regulations and GFSI certification requirements. Mérieux NutriSciences takes care of the maintenance of the quality manual to keep it up to date and performs internal audits to prepare the company for certification audits.
