What is GENE-UP® and how does it help you?
GENE-UP® is a real-time PCR pathogen detection system that is a fast, simple and accurate method for diagnosing foodborne pathogens. This PCR solution can help you speed up food analysis and product release.
What is real-time PCR?
In conventional PCR, the amplified DNA product, or amplicon, is detected in an end-point analysis. On the other hand, in real-time PCR, the accumulation of amplification product is measured as the reaction progresses in real-time, with product quantification after each cycle.
