What is POPIA?
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act or POPIA) aims to protect personal information of natural and juristic persons like:
- Companies
- Closed Corporations
- Living people and,
- Trusts
When and where have we obtained your personal information?
There are several instances where we would have access to your personal information, such as:
- Collecting your information based on your use of our products, services or service channels
- Collecting your information based on how you engage or interact with us. By contacting our customer care, sending emails and letters, making telephone calls, attending webinars and so on.
- Lastly, we will collect your personal information from completed forms i.e. contact and billing information, customer take-on forms, webinar and course registrations.
