FSSAI has notified FBOs* to upload the lab test reports for all of their products on FoSCOS portal.

FSSAI has mandated manufacturers (including Repacker and Relabeller) to upload or link mandatory lab testing reports (six-monthly) on FoSCoS On 13th January 2023.

As per the order, the Food Authority has mandated that all Manufacturers shall, through FoSCoS, upload six monthly lab testing reports of food products wherever the samples are analyzed by FSSAI notified labs.

The last date for uploading of the six-monthly lab report for the period April 2022 to September 2022 is 31st March 2023.

Thereafter, the FBOs must upload the reports within one month from the closing date of respective half yearly periods, i.e., by 31st October for the period of April to September and 30th April for the period of October to March.
