You'll be tasked with:

  • Implementing, maintaining and overseeing adherence to internal quality policies as per the ISO 17025 standard and global company requirements.
  • Scheduling and completion of regular internal audits of the micrbobiology laboratory, as well as preparation for external audits.
  • Investigating and reporting of customer complaints (as they relate to testing) and non conformances.
  • Conducting trend analyses and evaluating practical aspects of the lab’s quality system.
  • Overseeing the training records and proficiency testing of all laboratory staff.
  • Preparation, documenting and reviewing of Laboratory Process Controls and Control Charts.
  • Reconstitution, preparation and maintenance of reference stock cultures.
