Mérieux NutriSciences’ Supplier Monitoring Program allows you to monitor your suppliers on a routine basis through testing and data assessment programs. Our customized programs help you align your product requirements and food safety program management needs throughout your supply chain using the following services:

Physical Testing - Gross Weight, Net Weight, Piece Count, Length, Thickness, Drained Weight, Granulation, Defects- Spec Specific, Cook Yield Studies, Ingredient Statement Checks, Code Date, Food Prep Validation, Shear Force/Texture, Color, Brookfield Viscosity, Bostwick Viscosity and others as requested

Microbiological Testing - Indicator Testing Including: Aerobic Plate Count, Coliforms, Generic E. coli, Staph, Enterobacteriacae, Yeast & Mold and others that may be included in your specifications. These indicators are typically used to monitor quality and are used for supplier programs as we do not recommend pathogen testing for in field products.
