Potansiyel kanserojenli\u011fi nedeniyle, \u00f6zellikle EFSA taraf\u0131ndan vurgulanan <strong>3-7 halkal\u0131 aromatikler<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, <strong>MOAH<\/strong>&#8216;dan (aromatik mineral ya\u011f hidrokarbonlar\u0131) tamamen ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nisan 2022&#8217;de, Daimi Bitkiler, Hayvanlar, G\u0131da ve Yem Komitesi (ScoPAFF), bebek mamalar\u0131ndan t\u00fcm g\u0131dalara y\u00f6nelik MOAH kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme tavsiyesini geni\u015fletti ve <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/en\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A32007R0333\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/en\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A32007R0333\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(EC) 333\/2007<\/a><\/strong> say\u0131l\u0131 Y\u00f6netmelik ve JRC y\u00f6nergelerine uygun analiz ve numune alma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eu anda, <strong>Avrupa Komisyonu<\/strong> g\u0131dalardaki MOH i\u00e7in <strong>maksimum seviyeleri<\/strong> ve <strong>kontrol gerekliliklerini<\/strong> belirlemek \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6nlemler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u015eu anda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki taslaklar tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2023\/915\/oj\/eng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2023\/915 say\u0131l\u0131 Y\u00f6netmelik<\/a>&#8216;te De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik Tasla\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 7. Revizyonu:<\/strong> Bu taslak, %50&#8217;den fazla ya\u011f\/ya\u011f i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnler, i\u015flenmi\u015f ve bile\u015fik g\u0131dalar ve ilk defa g\u0131da katk\u0131 maddeleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcr\u00fcn kategorileri i\u00e7in <strong>MOAH<\/strong> (Aromatik Mineral Ya\u011f Hidrokarbonlar\u0131) i\u00e7in <strong>maksimum seviyeler<\/strong> belirlemeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. G\u0131dalardaki MOH&#8217;\u0131n \u0130zlenmesine \u0130li\u015fkin Tavsiye Tasla\u011f\u0131: Bu taslak, kahve, \u00e7ay, meyve, sebze ve u\u00e7ucu ya\u011flar gibi hen\u00fcz d\u00fczenlenmemi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de kapsayarak <strong>mineral ya\u011f hidrokarbonlar\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in tavsiyelerde bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>G\u0131dalardaki MOH Seviyelerinin Kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in Numune Alma ve Analiz Y\u00f6ntemlerine \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik Tasla\u011f\u0131:<\/strong> Bu taslak, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/en\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A32007R0333\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/en\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX%3A32007R0333\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(EC) 333\/2007<\/a> say\u0131l\u0131 Y\u00f6netmelik&#8217;i<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015ftirerek <strong>mineral ya\u011f hidrokarbonlar\u0131n\u0131n analizi<\/strong> i\u00e7in gereklilikleri belirliyor. Baharatlar ve g\u0131da takviyeleri gibi karma\u015f\u0131k matrisler i\u00e7in ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken <strong>tespit limitleri (LOQ)<\/strong> de bu taslakta yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yasa tasla\u011f\u0131n\u0131n <strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda kabul edilmesi<\/strong> planlan\u0131yor.
