Ayr\u0131ca, <em>L. monocytogenes<\/em> ile kontamine olmu\u015f dondurulmu\u015f g\u0131dalar (dondurma, dondurulmu\u015f sebzeler vb) \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, bu organizman\u0131n minimum azalma ile bir y\u0131la kadar varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebildi\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015ftur [1,2].
