End\u00fcstriyel emisyonlar, g\u00fcbre ve pestisitlerde kullan\u0131m gibi etkenler, arsenik seviyesinin artmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa&#8217;daki genel n\u00fcfus i\u00e7in inorganik arseni\u011fe maruz kalman\u0131n ana kayna\u011f\u0131 g\u0131dad\u0131r. Diyetle maruziyete neden olan g\u0131dalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda pirin\u00e7 ve tah\u0131llar ile bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcrevleri gelmektedir. \u0130\u00e7me suyu da maruziyete katk\u0131da bulunur, ancak Avrupa&#8217;da seviyeler genellikle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa Komisyonu g\u0131dalardaki inorganik arsenik risk de\u011ferlendirmesini g\u00fcncellemi\u015ftir (https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\/plain-language-summary\/update-risk-assessment-inorganic-arsenic-food) (orijinal yay\u0131n 2009: https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\/efsajournal\/pub\/1351). Bu g\u00fcncelleme, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda EFSA taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan yenilenmi\u015f maruziyet seviyesini (g\u00fcnde 0,06 \u00b5g\/kg v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131) kullanarak bir tehlike de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu bulgu, EFSA&#8217;n\u0131n 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki de\u011ferlendirmenin sonucunu desteklemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna ek olarak, Avrupa Komisyonu EFSA&#8217;dan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve kompleks organoarsenik bile\u015fikler \u00fczerinde risk de\u011ferlendirmeleri yaparak hem inorganik hem de organik arseni\u011fe birlikte maruz kalma konusunda bir risk de\u011ferlendirmesi yapmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011ferlendirmeler 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na kadar sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.
