Ya\u011f\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Ya\u011f<\/strong><br><strong>4.2. Ya\u011f<\/strong><br><strong>4.1.\u00a0Alfalinolenik\u00a0asit<\/strong><br>V\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in diyetin yerini alan g\u0131dalar\u0131n\u00a0alfalinolenik\u00a0asit i\u00e7eri\u011fi, toplam g\u00fcnl\u00fck miktar i\u00e7in\u00a00,8\u00a0g\u2019dan\u00a0az olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ayn\u0131 Tebli\u011fin Ek-1\u2019inin \u201c<strong>6. PROTE\u0130N<\/strong>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda yer alan 2.3. numaral\u0131 maddesinin birinci c\u00fcmlesi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde belirtilmekteyken,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3.Protein hidrolizatlar\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmi\u015f bebek form\u00fclleri<\/strong><br>Protein hidrolizatlar\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmi\u015f bebek form\u00fclleri 2.3.1 inci veya 2.3.2 nci maddede belirlenen protein ile ilgili gerekliliklere uygun olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protein\u00a0hidrolizatlar\u0131ndan\u00a0\u00fcretilmi\u015f bebek form\u00fcllerinin 2.3.1 inci, 2.3.2\u00a0nci\u00a0veya\u00a02.3.3 \u00fcnc\u00fc\u00a0maddede belirlenen protein ile ilgili gerekliliklere uygun olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ayn\u0131 Tebli\u011fin Ek-1\u2019ine\u00a0<strong>2.3.2\u00a0nci<\/strong>\u00a0maddesinden sonra gelmek \u00fczere a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki madde eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3.3. Grup C protein ile ilgili gereklilikler<\/strong><br><strong>2.3.3.1. Protein kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong><br>En az % 80 protein i\u00e7eren, %100 tatl\u0131 peynir alt\u0131 suyu proteini\u00a0konsantresinden\u00a0olu\u015fan, inek s\u00fct\u00fcnden elde edilen peynir alt\u0131 suyu proteini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3.3.3. Proteinin i\u015flenmesi<\/strong><br>Kaynak materyal\u00a0hidratlan\u0131r\u00a0ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Hidrolizden \u00f6nce, 50 ila 65 \u00b0C\u2019de\u00a0pH\u00a06,5 ila 7,5\u2019e ayarlan\u0131r. Hidroliz, serin\u00a0endopeptidaz\u00a0ve\u00a0metalloproteazdan\u00a0olu\u015fan bir enzim kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. G\u0131da enzimleri, \u00fcretim i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem basama\u011f\u0131nda (110 ila 140 \u00b0C&#8217;de\u00a02 ila 10 saniye)\u00a0inaktive\u00a0edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3.3.4.\u00a0Esansiyel\u00a0ve yar\u0131\u00a0esansiyel\u00a0amino\u00a0asitler ve L-karnitin<\/strong><br>E\u015fit enerji de\u011feri i\u00e7in, protein\u00a0hidrolizatlar\u0131ndan\u00a0\u00fcretilmi\u015f bebek form\u00fcl\u00fc, en az Ek-3 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00a0A\u2019da\u00a0belirtilen referans proteinin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi her bir\u00a0esansiyel\u00a0ve yar\u0131\u00a0esansiyel\u00a0amino\u00a0asitin\u00a0kullan\u0131labilir miktar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermelidir. Ancak e\u015fit enerji de\u011feri hesaplan\u0131rken;\u00a0metionin\/sistein\u00a0oran\u0131 2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011filse,\u00a0metionin\u00a0ve\u00a0sistein\u00a0konsantrasyonu;\u00a0tirozin\/fenilalanin\u00a0oran\u0131 2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011filse,\u00a0fenilalanin\u00a0ve\u00a0tirozin\u00a0konsantrasyonu birlikte ilave edilerek hesaplanabilir.\u00a0Metionin\/sistein\u00a0oran\u0131 ve\u00a0tirozin\/fenilalanin\u00a0oran\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bebekler i\u00e7in uygunlu\u011funun bu Tebli\u011fin 7\u00a0nci\u00a0maddesinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc f\u0131kras\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00f6sterilmesi halinde 2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L-\u00a0karnitin\u00a0i\u00e7eri\u011fi en az 1,2 mg\/100\u00a0kcal\u00a0(0,3 mg\/100\u00a0kJ) olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
