{"id":139557,"date":"2023-06-15T11:15:51","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T10:15:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/2021abpestisitraporu\/"},"modified":"2025-03-03T11:14:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T11:14:08","slug":"2021abpestisitraporu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/tr\/2021abpestisitraporu\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u0131dalarda Pestisit Kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin 2021 Avrupa Birli\u011fi Raporu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avrupa G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Otoritesi (EFSA) taraf\u0131ndan g\u0131dalardaki pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin AB 2021 raporu 26 Nisan 2023 tarihinde yay\u0131nland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapor, AB \u00dcye Devletleri&#8217;nden \u0130zlanda ve Norve\u00e7\u2019in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc resmi ulusal kal\u0131nt\u0131 izleme faaliyetlerinden elde edilen verilere dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde analizi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 87,863 g\u0131da numunesinin 13,845\u2019i AB Koordineli Kal\u0131nt\u0131 \u0130zleme Program\u0131 (EU MACP) kapsam\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir ki;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Test edilen numunelerin %96,1&#8217;i maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 seviyesinin (MRL) alt\u0131nda bulunmu\u015ftur,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>%3,9&#8217;u maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 seviyesini (MRL) a\u015fm\u0131\u015f olup, toplam test edilen numunelerin %2,5&#8217;i \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm belirsizli\u011fi dikkate al\u0131nsa dahi mevzuat limitlerinin \u00fczerinde kal\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir ve uygunsuz olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EU MACP kapsam\u0131nda, 12 farkl\u0131 g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn grubundan, rastgele al\u0131nan numuneler analize tabi tutulmu\u015ftur. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle patl\u0131can, muz, brokoli, k\u00fclt\u00fcr mantar\u0131, greyfurt, kavun, tatl\u0131 biber, sofral\u0131k \u00fcz\u00fcm, s\u0131zma zeytinya\u011f\u0131, bu\u011fday, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ya\u011f\u0131 ve tavuk yumurtas\u0131 analiz \u00fcr\u00fcn grubu olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Se\u00e7ilen bu g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir \u00e7evrim plan\u0131na da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece 3 y\u0131lda bir her bir \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunun analize tabi tutulmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AB Kal\u0131nt\u0131 \u0130zleme Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (EU MACP) bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak analiz edilen 13,845 \u00f6rnekte a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmi\u015ftir. Numunelerin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>%97,9&#8217;unda analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 maksimum kal\u0131nt\u0131 seviyesinin (MRL) de\u011ferlerinin alt\u0131nda bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">%58,1&#8217;inde (8,043 numune) analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm limitinin alt\u0131nda (&lt; LOQ) kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. %39,8\u2019i (5,507 numune), MRL&#8217;lerin alt\u0131nda veya MRL d\u00fczeyinde bir veya birden \u00e7ok pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>%2,1\u2019inin (295 numune) MRL de\u011ferinin \u00fczerinde kal\u0131nt\u0131 miktar\u0131 tespit edimi\u015f olup bunlar\u0131n 184&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn (%1,3) \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm belirsizli\u011fi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dahi mevzuat limitlerinin \u00fczerinde kal\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir ve uygunsuz olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n MRL\u2019yi a\u015fma oran\u0131 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda %1,4 iken, bu de\u011ferin 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda %2,1 oran\u0131na y\u00fckseldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Greyfurt hari\u00e7, ortalama MRL\u2019yi a\u015fma oran\u0131 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda da %1,4 olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma verilerinin kayna\u011f\u0131 olan \u00fclkelerdeki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin %53,3\u2019\u00fc yerli \u00fcr\u00fcn, %22,8 AB \u00dclkeleri&#8217;nden al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnler, %19,6 di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve %4,3 de kayna\u011f\u0131 bilinmeyen \u00fcr\u00fcnler oldu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda %14 olan di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden yap\u0131lan ithalat\u0131n 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda %19,6\u2019ya y\u00fckselmesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 2020\u2019ye benzer oranlar g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bildirilen ve AB i\u00e7 pazar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretilen AB MACP numuneleri aras\u0131nda, 97 numunede AB onayl\u0131 olmayan 22 aktif maddenin (greyfurtta <em>Chlorpyrifos<\/em>; tatl\u0131\/biberde <em>Chlorfenapyr<\/em>) limitin \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu tespit edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma verileri AB t\u00fcketicilerinin g\u0131da yoluyla pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na maruziyetini tahmin etmek amac\u0131yla ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan bilgi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. EFSA, 2021&#8217;de analiz edilen g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir endi\u015fe olu\u015fturma ihtimalinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu tespitini payla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EFSA, Avrupa Kal\u0131nt\u0131 Kontrol Sistemleri&#8217;nin etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmak ve AB genelinde y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde t\u00fcketici korumas\u0131 sa\u011flamaya devam etmek i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tavsiyelerde bulunmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rapor eden \u00fclkelere, g\u0131dalarda ve organik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle bebek mamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6zel h\u00fck\u00fcmlerde gerekli olan minimum numune say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem almalar\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EFSA, bu\u011fday ve brokolide <em>Chlorpyrifos<\/em> ve <em>Fluazifop<\/em>, tatl\u0131\/biberde <em>Etephon<\/em>, k\u00fclt\u00fcr mantarlar\u0131nda <em>Dithiocarbamat<\/em> ve <em>2-Fenilfenol\u00fcn<\/em> izlenmesini ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den ithal edilen greyfurtlarda kontrol s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcye Devletler\u2019e bu 19 pestisitin uygun \u015fekilde uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemleri alma tavsiyesini yinelemektedir. Bu etkenler; <em>Pencycuron<\/em> (RD), Dithianon (RD), <em>2-phenylphenol <\/em>(RD), <em>Glufosinate <\/em>(RD), <em>Fosetyl <\/em>(RD), <em>Brom\u00fcr<\/em> (RD), 2,4-D (RD), <em>Prochloraz<\/em> (RD<em>), Chlordane<\/em> (RD), S<em>pirotetramat<\/em>(RD), <em>Haloxyfop<\/em> (RD), <em>Fluazifop <\/em>(RD), <em>Ethephon <\/em>(RD), <em>Mepiquat Chloride<\/em> (RD), <em>Formetanate hydrochloride<\/em> (RD), <em>Pyridalyl<\/em> (RD), <em>Dithiocarbamates <\/em>(RD), <em>Cyflufenamid <\/em>(RD) and <em>Fenbutatin Oxide<\/em> (RD)\u2019tir. Bu etkenlerin \u00e7o\u011fu tekli analiz y\u00f6ntemleriyle tayin edildi\u011finden, hedeflenen say\u0131da analizin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AB d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fclkelerden ithal edilmi\u015f olan numuneler, AB i\u00e7inde \u00fcretilen muadilleri ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda %10,3&#8217;l\u00fck MRL&#8217;yi 5 kat a\u015fma oran\u0131 ile % 6,4&#8217;l\u00fck bir uygunsuzluk oran\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u00dcye Devletler\u2019in yerel otoritelerine, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00fcnya \u00fclkelerinden ithal edilen numunelerdeki pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015f bir analitik kapsamla izlemeye devam etmeleri gerekti\u011fi tavsiye edilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etilen oksit i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek MRL a\u015f\u0131m oran\u0131 (%6,6) dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda EFSA, \u00dcye Devletler\u2019e Hindistan&#8217;dan gelen susam, zerde\u00e7al, pirin\u00e7 ve ac\u0131 biberlerdeki bu aktif maddeyi izlemeye devam etmelerini tavsiye etmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131da \u00f6rneklerinde en y\u00fcksek \u00e7oklu kal\u0131nt\u0131 tespit oran\u0131 \u015farapl\u0131k \u00fcz\u00fcm, kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm, kurutulmu\u015f kereviz yapra\u011f\u0131, mercank\u00f6\u015fk, asma yapra\u011f\u0131 ve benzeri t\u00fcrlerde (tuzlanm\u0131\u015f ve konserve) g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. EFSA, \u00dcye Devletler\u2019e programlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bu g\u0131da maddelerini izlemeye devam etmelerini tavsiye etmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uygunsuzluk oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek olan i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ise \u00fcz\u00fcm yapra\u011f\u0131 ve benzeri t\u00fcrler (%56,6), k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biber (%19,1), kurutulmu\u015f kekik (%13,9) ve kurutulmu\u015f dereotu yapraklar\u0131 (%11,9) olmu\u015ftur. \u0130\u015flenmemi\u015f g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde ise \u00e7ark\u0131felek meyvesi (%14,9), rendelenmi\u015f elma\/nar (%12,8) ve k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biber (%13,9) en y\u00fcksek uygunsuzluk oran\u0131na sahip \u00fcr\u00fcnler olarak bildirilmi\u015ftir. AB genelindeki \u00e7e\u015fitli ulusal kal\u0131nt\u0131 izleme programlar\u0131nda bu i\u015flenmi\u015f ve i\u015flenmemi\u015f g\u0131da maddelerinin izlenmesine devam edilmesi \u00f6nerilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MRL a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve uygunsuzluk oranlar\u0131 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na benzer olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden gelen numunelerde organik tar\u0131mda izin verilmeyen maddelerin zaman zaman tespit edildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu etkenler; <em>\u0130mazalil<\/em> (RD) (\u00e7o\u011funlukla Ekvador&#8217;dan ithal yenmeyen kabuklu \u00e7e\u015fitli meyvelerde), <em>Chlorpyrifos<\/em> (RD) (\u00e7o\u011funlukla Bolivya&#8217;dan ithal karabu\u011fday ve di\u011fer benzeri tah\u0131llarda) ve <em>Etilen oksit<\/em> (\u00e7o\u011funlukla Hindistan&#8217;dan ithal zerde\u00e7alda)\u2019tir.
