Bu durum, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde <strong>\u00f6zel bir mevzuata<\/strong> ve <strong>pazara giri\u015f \u00f6ncesi yetkilendirme s\u00fcrecine<\/strong> tabi olmalar\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-europe-amp-novel-food-products\">Avrupa &amp; Yeni G\u0131da \u00dcr\u00fcnleri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/en\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32015R2283\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AB T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (EU) 2015\/2283<\/a>, Avrupa\u2019da yeni g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini d\u00fczenler. <strong>2018<\/strong> itibar\u0131yla uygulanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve 1997\u2019ye uzanan \u00f6nceki Avrupa mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerinde de benzer d\u00fczenlemeler ge\u00e7erlidir (AB d\u0131\u015f\u0131 Yeni g\u0131da d\u00fczenlemeleri b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne bak\u0131n\u0131z).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Avrupa Komisyonu, pazara onay vermeden \u00f6nce <strong>t\u00fcketici g\u00fcvenli\u011fini<\/strong> sa\u011flamak ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>faydalar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in bu t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc uygular. <strong>Avrupa G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Otoritesi<\/strong> (EFSA) ise <strong>risk de\u011ferlendirmesinden<\/strong> ve <strong>bilimsel \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lardan<\/strong> sorumludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>\u00d6rne\u011fin, bir \u00fcr\u00fcn etin yerine ge\u00e7meyi hedefliyorsa, t\u00fcketici sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan benzer ya da daha \u00fcst\u00fcn besinsel de\u011ferler ve faydalar sa\u011flay\u0131p sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Bu t\u00fcz\u00fck, ilk <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex%3A31997R0258\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yeni G\u0131dalar Hakk\u0131nda (EC) 258\/97<\/a> T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi 15 May\u0131s 1997 tarihinden \u00f6nce AB\u2019de insanlar taraf\u0131ndan anlaml\u0131
