{"id":67733,"date":"2023-09-28T08:30:50","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T07:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/16th-amendment-regulation-on-food-contact-materials\/"},"modified":"2024-02-01T16:10:23","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T16:10:23","slug":"alteracao-regulamento-materiais-contacto-alimentar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/pt\/alteracao-regulamento-materiais-contacto-alimentar\/","title":{"rendered":"16\u00aa altera\u00e7\u00e3o ao Regulamento da UE relativo aos materiais em contacto com os alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">O <a href=\"http:\/\/data.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2023\/1442\/oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulamento (UE) 2023\/1442<\/a> da Comiss\u00e3o, de 11 de julho de 2023, altera o anexo I do Regulamento (UE) n.\u00ba 10\/2011 relativo aos<a href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/pt\/embalagens\/materiais-para-contacto-com-alimentos\/\"> materiais para contacto com alimentos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Os materiais e objetos de pl\u00e1stico que se destinam a entrar em contacto com os alimentos devem, nos pa\u00edses europeus, cumprir rigorosos requisitos de seguran\u00e7a descritos no <a href=\"http:\/\/data.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2011\/10\/oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulamento (UE) n.\u00ba 10\/2011<\/a>. Este regulamento foi alterado em 11 de julho de 2023 pela 16\u00aa vez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">A altera\u00e7\u00e3o aplica-se ao<strong> anexo I<\/strong> do regulamento, que cont\u00e9m especifica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as <strong>subst\u00e2ncias que podem ser utilizadas para produzir pl\u00e1sticos<\/strong> que entram em contacto com os alimentos e estabelece <strong>limites de migra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e restri\u00e7\u00f5es de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Esta nova altera\u00e7\u00e3o entrou em vigor em 1 de agosto de 2023. Entre outras medidas, o regulamento acrescenta <strong>novas subst\u00e2ncias<\/strong> \u00e0 lista positiva do Anexo I e retira a farinha de madeira e o \u00e1cido salic\u00edlico do Anexo I. O regulamento tamb\u00e9m <strong>modificou alguns limites de migra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, como no caso de certos plastificantes \u00e0 base de ftalatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quais-sao-as-principais-alteracoes\"><strong>Quais s\u00e3o as principais altera\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A lista de subst\u00e2ncias do anexo I inclui 3 novos compostos:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Benzeno-1,2,4-tricarboxilato de tris(2-etil-hexilo) (3319-3-1-1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">D\u00edmero de (trietanolamina-perclorato, sal de s\u00f3dio) (156157-97-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Dianidrido benzofenona-3,3\u2019,4,4\u2019-tetracarbox\u00edlico (BTDA, 2421-2-8-5)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-atualizacao-das-restricoes-de-utilizacao-para\">Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o das restri\u00e7\u00f5es de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>DESIGNA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>ATUALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>[[3,5-Bis(1,1-dimetiletil)-4-hidroxifenil]metil]fosfonato de dietilo<\/td><td>A utilizar apenas at\u00e9 0,2&nbsp;% (p\/p) com base no peso final do pol\u00edmero no processo de polimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o para o fabrico de poli(tereftalato de etileno) (PET) e de poli(2,5-furanodicarboxilato de etileno) (PEF).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Poli((<em>R<\/em>)-3-hidroxibutirato-co-(<em>R<\/em>)-3-hidroxi-hexanoato) (\u201cPHBH\u201d)<\/td><td>A utilizar apenas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de temperatura que n\u00e3o excedam as condi\u00e7\u00f5es definidas no ponto 2.1.4, al\u00ednea d), do anexo V.
