Mais de<strong> 220 fabricantes<\/strong> participaram no congresso, tanto como participantes como oradores, para discutir os desafios relacionados com os \u00f3leos minerais, incluindo a <strong>toxicologia<\/strong>, a <strong>an\u00e1lise<\/strong>, a <strong>gest\u00e3o <\/strong>e a <strong>redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-contaminacao-dos-alimentos-por-mosh-moah-continua-um-desafio\">Contamina\u00e7\u00e3o dos alimentos por MOSH\/MOAH continua um desafio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os componentes dos<strong> \u00f3leos minerais<\/strong> nos alimentos continuam a representar um <strong>grande desafio<\/strong> no sector alimentar e, especialmente, para os produtores de alimentos. A sua toxicologia e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de risco est\u00e3o ainda a ser discutidas e a exist\u00eancia de uma <strong>regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o europeia uniforme \u00e9 ainda um tema em aberto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o toxicol\u00f3gica baseada em evidencia e defini\u00e7\u00e3o de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar s\u00f3 podem ser efetuadas com base em an\u00e1lises validadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-toxicologia-o-processo-de-analise-a-avaliacao-e-a-mitigacao-dos-riscos-estiveram-no-centro-do-debate\"><strong>A toxicologia; o processo de an\u00e1lise; a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e a mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos estiveram no centro do debate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Toxicologia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">MOAH &#8211; Foi confirmada a <strong>carcinogenicidade <\/strong>de compostos com ou mais de 3R. S\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios mais dados sobre a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de an\u00e9is arom\u00e1ticos nos alimentos compostos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Nova abordagem &#8211; Os resultados da <strong>combina\u00e7\u00e3o da an\u00e1lise instrumental multidimensional e do teste de AMES<\/strong> para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o toxicol\u00f3gica dos MOAH est\u00e3o de acordo com o parecer da EFSA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>An\u00e1lises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Em breve estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel um novo m\u00e9todo <strong>ISO 20122<\/strong> para gorduras e \u00f3leos. O limite de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de MOSH 3 mg\/kg &#8211; MOAH 2 mg\/kg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Foi desenvolvido um novo processo de <strong>limpeza por epoxida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, mas, dependendo da composi\u00e7\u00e3o, foram detectadas menores taxas de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>An\u00e1lise de risco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Foram estabelecidos nove grupos de produtos com n\u00edveis diferentes de refer\u00eancia. We are therefore working hard with many European partners to discuss this topic and move forward.
