A norma est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site oficial (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifs-certification.com\/en\/food-standard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.ifs-certification.com\/en\/food-standard<\/a>) e em v\u00e1rios idiomas, tais como ingl\u00eas, franc\u00eas, italiano, alem\u00e3o e espanhol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resumidamente, as grandes altera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 vers\u00e3o 8 da IFS Food s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>A pontua\u00e7\u00e3o B \u00e9 novamente classificada como um desvio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispon\u00edvel a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o IFS Star para as auditorias n\u00e3o anunciadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel adicionar a marca DOP (denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de origem protegida) ou IGP (indica\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica protegida) da EU no certificado com uma cl\u00e1usula de isen\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revis\u00e3o dos crit\u00e9rios associados \u00e0 Cultura de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revis\u00e3o dos timings associados \u00e0 certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, que tornaram-se significativamente menores, ainda que estejam alinhados com os requisitos d GFSI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da check-list de forma a que o processo de auditoria de forma seja mais fluido, aumentando a efic\u00e1cia da auditoria. Por exemplo, o Food Defense faz agora parte do cap\u00edtulo 4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A norma encontra-se alinhada com o <em>codex alimentarius, <\/em>ISO 22003-2 e os requisitos GFSI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Equipa de Consultores da Merieux NutriSciences Portugal est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para apoiar a sua empresa na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos requisitos da norma<\/strong> atrav\u00e9s de consultadoria, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e auditorias internas.
