O Regulamento (UE) 2026\/245 altera o Anexo I do Regulamento (UE) n.\u00ba 10\/2011, no que diz respeito \u00e0 autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias subst\u00e2ncias, enquanto o Regulamento (UE) 2026\/250 retifica o Regulamento (UE) 2024\/3190 sobre a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Bisfenol A (BPA) e outros bisfen\u00f3is e derivados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Regulamento (UE) 2026\/245 atualiza a lista de subst\u00e2ncias autorizadas na Uni\u00e3o, introduzindo novos aditivos como o terc-butilfosfonato de c\u00e1lcio e ceras de s\u00eamea grosseira de arroz oxidada, na sequ\u00eancia de pareceres cient\u00edficos positivos da Autoridade Europeia para a Seguran\u00e7a dos Alimentos (EFSA). Para a subst\u00e2ncia 2,2\u2032-oxidietilamina, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da conformidade deve ser efetuada utilizando \u00e1gua em vez dos simuladores alimentares padr\u00e3o enumerados no anexo III do Regulamento (UE) n.\u00ba 10\/2011, devido \u00e0 instabilidade da subst\u00e2ncia em etanol a 10 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Regulamento (UE) 2026\/250 retifica o Regulamento (UE) 2024\/3190, ajustando refer\u00eancias a termos como \u201cBPA residual\u201d para garantir coer\u00eancia ao longo do texto. Atualiza tamb\u00e9m as datas das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es transit\u00f3rias, permitindo que objetos finais de uso repetido permane\u00e7am no mercado at\u00e9 20 de julho de 2027 ou 20 de janeiro de 2029, no caso de materiais utilizados como equipamentos profissionais de alimentos. O regulamento altera ainda o anexo relativo \u00e0 declara\u00e7\u00e3o de conformidade, passando a exigir a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do material interm\u00e9dio ou do objeto final, em vez da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos os regulamentos entram em vigor dia 23 de fevereiro e s\u00e3o diretamente aplic\u00e1veis em todos os Estados-Membros.
