Al\u00e9m disso, autoriza a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de lecitinas (E 322) e \u00e1cidos gordos (E 570) como agentes de revestimento para mandiocas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o foi baseada em estudos da Autoridade Europeia para a Seguran\u00e7a dos Alimentos (EFSA), que concluiu que os aditivos em quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o apresentam riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica quando utilizados conforme especificado. Adicionalmente, considerou-se que nenhum daqueles aditivos devem migrar para a parte comest\u00edvel dos frutos dado que as cascas dos mesmos n\u00e3o costumam ser consumidas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-regulamento-ue-2025-652\"><strong>Regulamento (UE) 2025\/652<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O segundo regulamento publicado hoje, 2025\/652, tamb\u00e9m altera o Regulamento (CE) n.\u00ba 1333\/2008, assim como o Regulamento (UE) n.\u00ba 231\/2012, permitindo a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de glicos\u00eddeos de esteviol produzidos por fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o utilizando a levedura&nbsp;<em>Yarrowia lipolytica<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pedido de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentado em 2021, pretendia incluir um novo processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de rebaudios\u00eddeo M, um glicos\u00eddeo de esteviol.&nbsp;A EFSA avaliou a seguran\u00e7a deste novo m\u00e9todo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e concluiu que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es para a sa\u00fade humana, considerando a dose di\u00e1ria admiss\u00edvel (DDA) de 4 mg\/kg de peso corporal por dia.
