Mérieux NutriSciences consultants can help manufacturers and distributors in the food supply chain develop and enhance food safety programs to prepare for certification against one of the GFSI benchmarked schemes.

Our consultants offer their expertise in building and maintaining food safety management systems to assist you with measuring your programs against recognized standards and work with you to fill any gaps.

Our food safety & quality assessments are an independent evaluation of how well a plant’s pre-requisite and quality programs are working.

  • HACCP (USDA) plans,
  • Food safety such as Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs), Sanitation, Training, and Environmental Monitoring
  • GFSI recognized standards, including SQF, BRC, IFS, and FSSC 22000

All of your systems should work together to ensure you produce safe food products, meet applicable government regulations, meet industry standards, and deliver on customer expectations.
