{"id":98845,"date":"2024-05-22T10:11:23","date_gmt":"2024-05-22T09:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/?p=98845"},"modified":"2024-05-22T11:02:35","modified_gmt":"2024-05-22T10:02:35","slug":"rapport-efsa-2022-pesticides","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/rapport-efsa-2022-pesticides\/","title":{"rendered":"Rapport EFSA 2022 sur les r\u00e9sidus de pesticides dans les denr\u00e9es alimentaires et nouveau plan 2025 \u00e0 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le 23 avril 2024, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments (EFSA) a publi\u00e9 son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/es\/efsajournal\/pub\/8753\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>rapport sur les r\u00e9sidus de pesticides dans les aliments en Europe<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/es\/efsajournal\/pub\/8753\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2022<\/strong><\/a>. Il rassemble les donn\u00e9es issues des <strong>plans de contr\u00f4le officiels<\/strong> men\u00e9s par les \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (UE), l\u2019Islande et la Norv\u00e8ge et le <strong>plan de contr\u00f4le europ\u00e9en<\/strong> (EU MACP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Ce plan de contr\u00f4le \u00e9chantillonne, de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire, les produits alimentaires les plus consomm\u00e9s, r\u00e9partis sur un cycle de 3 ans, de sorte que tous les 3 ans les m\u00eames produits sont analys\u00e9s et compar\u00e9s aux cycles des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019analyse des r\u00e9sultats des <strong>110 829 \u00e9chantillons alimentaires<\/strong> r\u00e9v\u00e8le que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>96,3 % des \u00e9chantillons&nbsp;\u00e9taient inf\u00e9rieurs aux limites maximales de r\u00e9sidus (LMR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3,7 % ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la LMR en 2022 contre 3,9% en 2021, dont 2,2% ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9s non-conformes (en tenant en compte de l\u2019incertitude de mesure de 50%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il existe un \u00e9cart notable entre les \u00e9chantillons import\u00e9s (4,5 % non-conformit\u00e9) et ceux produits au sein de l\u2019UE (1 % non-conformit\u00e9).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resultats-du-plan-de-controle-europeen-2022\">R\u00e9sultats du plan de contr\u00f4le europ\u00e9en 2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">En 2022, les <strong>12 produits alimentaires<\/strong> ci-dessous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et repr\u00e9sentent <strong>11&nbsp;727 \u00e9chantillons.<\/strong> Les r\u00e9sultats des analyses de 193 r\u00e9sidus de pesticides sur ces \u00e9chantillons r\u00e9v\u00e8lent les r\u00e9sultats suivants : <strong>le pourcentage de d\u00e9passement de LMR est pass\u00e9 de 1,9% en 2019 \u00e0 1,6% en 2022.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:40px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a class=\"wp-image-98901\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les taux de d\u00e9passement de LMR ont diminu\u00e9 dans les pommes, les p\u00eaches, les fraises, le raisin de cuve (vin), les \u00e9pinards et la graisse de porc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les taux ont augment\u00e9 pour les choux pomm\u00e9s et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les tomates et les laitues en 2022 qu\u2019en 2019, tout en restant inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de 2016.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les taux ont augment\u00e9 pour l\u2019orge et l\u2019avoine entre 2019 et 2022 (passant de 0.16% \u00e0 2.83% pour l\u2019orge et de 0.2% \u00e0 1.45% pour l\u2019avoine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Les \u00e9pinards repr\u00e9sentent toujours le produit avec le taux de d\u00e9passement le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en d\u00e9pit d\u2019une baisse du taux de d\u00e9passement de LMR de 6,7% (2019) \u00e0 3,4% (2022) : il est donc recommand\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 surveiller cette marchandise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Par produits alimentaires,<strong> les taux de d\u00e9passement des LMR \u00e9taient plus faibles dans les aliments biologiques<\/strong> que dans les aliments conventionnels pour toutes les cat\u00e9gories de produits alimentaires <strong>\u00e0 l\u2019exception des produits d\u2019origine animale et des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-residus-quantifies-par-echantillons-nbsp\"><strong>R\u00e9sidus quantifi\u00e9s par \u00e9chantillons&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/image.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Sur les 11 727 \u00e9chantillons, 32% contenaient plus d\u2019un pesticide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Les matrices o\u00f9 le taux de r\u00e9sidus multiples \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10% \u00e9taient les pommes, fraises, p\u00eaches, tomates et laitues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-couples-substances-matrice-a-surveiller-nbsp\"><strong>Couples substances\/matrice \u00e0 surveiller&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Pour les \u00e9chantillons cultiv\u00e9s dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, L&rsquo;EFSA recommande aux pays d\u00e9clarants de continuer \u00e0 analyser ces combinaisons substance\/culture suivantes et de clarifier les raisons de leur apparition&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9pinards &#8211; dithiocarbamates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates &#8211; chlorf\u00e9napyr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laitues &#8211; thiophanate-m\u00e9thyl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orge &#8211; prochloraze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choux pomm\u00e9s &#8211; fluazifop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Pour les produits en provenance de pays tiers, les substances\/culture \u00e0 surveiller sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomates &#8211; chlorf\u00e9napyr, chlorothalonil, chlorpyrifos-m\u00e9thyl, chlorure de m\u00e9piquat, buprof\u00e9zine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pommes &#8211; diflubenzuron&nbsp; et propargite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orge \u2013 fos\u00e9tyl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choux pomm\u00e9s \u2013 pyridab\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019EFSA note \u00e9galement des taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de d\u00e9passement de LMR pour des substances telles que le cuivre, l\u2019oxyde d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et le chlord\u00e9cone, en particulier concernant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les compos\u00e9s de cuivre dans le sarrasin et autres pseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en provenance de pays tiers, et dans des matrices animales telles que le foie de mouton et de bovin et le miel en provenance de l\u2019UE, ainsi que dans les aliments pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019oxyde d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne dans le curcuma, les piments, le poivre et les haricots secs, principalement en provenance d\u2019Inde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le chlord\u00e9cone dans la graisse bovine et les racines de manioc provenant des territoires fran\u00e7ais d\u2019outre-mer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plan-de-controle-europeen-2025-2026-et-2027-nbsp\"><strong>Plan de contr\u00f4le europ\u00e9en 2025, 2026 et 2027&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le r\u00e8glement EU 2024\/989 pr\u00e9sente le <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=uriserv%3AOJ.L_.2023.095.01.0028.01.ENG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nouveau plan de contr\u00f4le europ\u00e9en pour 2025, 2026 et 2027<\/a>.
