L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/compl%C3%A9ments-alimentaires-%C3%A0-base-de-plantes-contenant-de-la-coumarine-attention-%C3%A0-la\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANSES<\/a> a identifi\u00e9 la cannelle comme principale source alimentaire de coumarine.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reglementation\">R\u00e9glementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A02008R1334-20250219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e8glement UE 1334\/2008<\/a> fixe les teneurs maximales de la coumarine :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Denr\u00e9es alimentaires<\/strong><\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Teneur maximale mg\/kg<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Produits de boulangerie traditionnels et\/ou saisonniers dont l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage indique qu\u2019ils contiennent de la cannelle.<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">C\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour petit d\u00e9jeuner\u00bb y compris les id=\"h-avis-de-l-anses\">Avis de l&rsquo;ANSES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/compl%C3%A9ments-alimentaires-%C3%A0-base-de-plantes-contenant-de-la-coumarine-attention-%C3%A0-la\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANSES<\/a> alerte sur un risque accru li\u00e9 aux compl\u00e9ments alimentaires contenant de la coumarine, en particulier ceux formul\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de plantes qui en sont naturellement riches, comme la cannelle de Chine (Cinnamomum cassia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Afin de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des consommateurs, l\u2019ANSES recommande que des informations soient pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment d\u00e9finies dans la composition des produits, \u00e0 savoir l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 botanique de la plant et la teneur en coumarine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-controles-officiels-dgal-de-la-coumarine\"><strong>Contr\u00f4les officiels DGAL de la coumarine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Cons\u00e9quemment, le plan de surveillance 2025 des am\u00e9liorants alimentaires dans les denr\u00e9es alimentaires effectu\u00e9 par la <a href=\"https:\/\/info.agriculture.gouv.fr\/boagri\/instruction-2025-139\/telechargement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DGAL<\/a> pr\u00e9voit un contr\u00f4le de la cannelle et de la f\u00e8ve
