Cependant, il ne figure pas dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dir\/2020\/2184\/oj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">directive europ\u00e9enne sur l\u2019eau potable<\/a>, ce qui suscite <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.assemblee-nationale.fr\/recherche\/resultats_recherche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des d\u00e9bats politiques<\/a>. Cet article explore la pr\u00e9sence du TFA dans l\u2019eau et les aliments, sa toxicit\u00e9, ainsi que les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019analyse et de d\u00e9tection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-tfa-un-pfas-controverse\"><strong>Le TFA : Un PFAS controvers\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Bien que le TFA soit un PFAS selon l&rsquo;OCDE, il n&rsquo;est pas inclus dans la liste des 20 PFAS r\u00e9glement\u00e9s par la directive europ\u00e9enne sur l\u2019eau potable. Cette absence de r\u00e9glementation sp\u00e9cifique alimente des d\u00e9bats scientifiques et politiques sur son impact potentiel. L\u2019EFSA a \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9 le TFA en tant que m\u00e9tabolite de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/expertise-alimentaire\/analyses-alimentaires\/analyses-physico-chimiques\/lanalyse-de-residus-de-pesticides-dans-les-denrees-alimentaires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesticides<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2023.8142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tritosulfuron<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\/efsajournal\/pub\/8997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fluf\u00e9nacet<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2017.4976\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">flurtamone<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2023.7997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flutolanil<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\/efsajournal\/pub\/3585\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">saflufenacil<\/a>, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presence-du-tfa-dans-l-eau-et-les-aliments\"><strong>Pr\u00e9sence du TFA dans l\u2019eau et les aliments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dans-l-eau-potable\"><strong>Dans l\u2019eau potable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es en 2024 ont mis en \u00e9vidence la pr\u00e9sence du TFA dans l\u2019eau potable \u00e0 travers plusieurs pays europ\u00e9ens. Elle a aussi initi\u00e9 une campagne sur la p\u00e9riode 2023-2026 pour la recherche de 34 PFAS (y compris le TFA) sur plusieurs centaines d\u2019\u00e9chantillons d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dans-les-aliments\"><strong>Dans les aliments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurl-pesticides.eu\/userfiles\/file\/eurlsrm\/eurlsrm_residue-observation_tfa-dfa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Le laboratoire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;UE<\/a> (EURL-SRM, <em>European Reference Laboratory for Residue of pesticides<\/em>) a fix\u00e9 une limite de d\u00e9claration du TFA dans les fruits et l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 0,04 mg\/kg. Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur 1681 \u00e9chantillons provenant de 55 pays a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 15 % des produits test\u00e9s d\u00e9passaient ce seuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<hr>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toxicite-et-seuils-indicatifs\"><strong>Toxicit\u00e9 et seuils indicatifs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toxicite-chronique-et-aigue\"><strong>Toxicit\u00e9 chronique et aigu\u00eb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Selon l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/epdf\/10.2903\/j.efsa.2024.8997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EFSA (2024)<\/a>, la dose journali\u00e8re admissible (DJA) du TFA est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 0,05 mg\/kg de poids corporel par jour (exprim\u00e9e en trifluoroac\u00e9tate de sodium, un sel de TFA).
