{"id":166351,"date":"2025-03-25T09:38:13","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T09:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/pfas-les-polluants-eternels-dans-les-emissions-atmospheriques\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T14:43:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T14:43:07","slug":"pfas-les-polluants-eternels-dans-les-emissions-atmospheriques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/pfas-les-polluants-eternels-dans-les-emissions-atmospheriques\/","title":{"rendered":"PFAS : les polluants \u00e9ternels dans les \u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000050479313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 31 octobre 2024<\/a>, publi\u00e9 le 10 novembre relatif \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse des substances per- et polyfluoroalkyl\u00e9es (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/expertise-alimentaire\/analyses-alimentaires\/analyses-de-chimie-alimentaire\/pfas\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"22541\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PFAS<\/a>) dans les \u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques fixe les conditions de r\u00e9alisation des campagnes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements et d&rsquo;analyses sur des points d&rsquo;\u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques telles que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1) Le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et l&rsquo;analyse de 45 PFAS list\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;annexe I de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000050479313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">2) La mesure du fluorure d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">3) La mesure des principaux param\u00e8tres p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le pr\u00e9sent arr\u00eat\u00e9 s&rsquo;applique aux installations class\u00e9es pour la protection de l&rsquo;environnement (ICPE). Elles sont soumises \u00e0 autorisation au titre de l&rsquo;une au moins des rubriques suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">2770 : Le traitement thermique de d\u00e9chets dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">2771 : Le traitement thermique de d\u00e9chets non dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">2971 : L&rsquo;installation de production de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">3520 : L&rsquo;incin\u00e9ration ou la coincin\u00e9ration de d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georisques.gouv.fr\/risques\/installations\/donnees?page=3&amp;nomenclature=2770,2771,2971,3520\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00c9cologique, de l&rsquo;\u00c9nergie, du Climat, et de la Pr\u00e9vention des Risques<\/a>, les rubriques de la nomenclature des ICPE ci-dessus concerne 353 \u00e9tablissements (<a href=\"https:\/\/georisques.gouv.fr\/webappReport\/ws\/installations\/sitesdetails\/detailsites_2024-11-15.csv?page=3&amp;nomenclature=2770,2771,2971,3520&amp;isExport=true&amp;start=0&amp;size=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">liste<\/a> mise \u00e0 jour le 15 novembre 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><br>Selon l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/en\/content\/PFASs-persistent-chemicals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANSES<\/a>, certains PFAS sont transport\u00e9s par voie a\u00e9rienne sur de tr\u00e8s longues distances, contaminant ainsi l\u2019environnement comme l&rsquo;eau destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la consommation humaine et les sols destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La redistribution des PFAS dans l\u2019air, le sol, l\u2019eau et les s\u00e9diments contribue ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019exposition humaine aux PFAS via l\u2019ingestion d\u2019<strong>aliments contamin\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-etes-exploitants-d-entreprises-agroalimentaires-a-proximite-d-installations-emettrices-de-pfas\">Vous \u00eates exploitants d&rsquo;entreprises agroalimentaires \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&rsquo;installations \u00e9mettrices de PFAS ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences fournit un service d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage et d\u2019analyses accr\u00e9dit\u00e9es des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/expertise-alimentaire\/analyses-alimentaires\/analyses-de-chimie-alimentaire\/pfas\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"22541\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PFAS<\/a> dans les \u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques.
