C&rsquo;est un liquide incolore et tr\u00e8s volatil avec une odeur d&rsquo;hydrocarbures, utilis\u00e9 principalement comme solvant dans l&rsquo;industrie et la recherche. Sa toxicit\u00e9 varie selon la teneur en n-hexane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ce composant peut se retrouver dans les denr\u00e9es alimentaires. En effet, il est souvent utilis\u00e9 comme solvant pour l&rsquo;extraction des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et des graisses, notamment dans les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels. Bien que des \u00e9tapes de purification soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour \u00e9liminer les r\u00e9sidus d&rsquo;hexane apr\u00e8s extraction, de tr\u00e8s faibles quantit\u00e9s peuvent subsister dans les produits alimentaires finis. Ces traces sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contr\u00f4l\u00e9es pour respecter les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reglementation-dans-les-denrees-alimentaires\">R\u00e9glementation dans les denr\u00e9es alimentaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019hexane pr\u00e9sente des risques graves pour la sant\u00e9 humaine selon les amendements (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/17\/amendements\/0325\/AN\/190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">190<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/17\/amendements\/0325\/AN\/703\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">703<\/a>) au projet de loi de financement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour 2025.
