{"id":57969,"date":"2023-07-19T15:43:27","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T14:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/?page_id=57969"},"modified":"2026-02-11T15:31:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T15:31:34","slug":"residus-pesticides","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/expertise-alimentaire\/analyses-alimentaires\/analyses-de-chimie-alimentaire\/residus-pesticides\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9sidus de pesticides"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le terme&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab&nbsp;pesticides&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;est couramment <strong>assimil\u00e9 aux produits phytopharmaceutiques.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>Cependant, il couvre un plus large domaine comprenant \u00e9galement les produits&nbsp;biocides&nbsp;utilis\u00e9s pour lutter contre les parasites et les porteurs de maladies tels que les insectes, les rats et les souris, pour un usage autre que v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de ces produits est de <strong>pr\u00e9venir, d\u00e9truire ou contr\u00f4ler<\/strong> un organisme nuisible, une maladie ou de prot\u00e9ger les plantes et v\u00e9g\u00e9taux lors de la production, le stockage et le transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les pesticides peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en fonction de l&rsquo;esp\u00e8ce qu&rsquo;ils combattent et de leur activit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Les&nbsp;<strong>herbicides<\/strong>&nbsp;contre les adventices&nbsp;et les plantes non d\u00e9sir\u00e9es,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Les&nbsp;<strong>fongicides&nbsp;<\/strong>contre les champignons et les moisissures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Les&nbsp;<strong>insecticides, <\/strong>les plus toxiques et persistants dans l\u2019environnement, contre les insectes\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces produits sont compos\u00e9s <strong>d\u2019une ou plusieurs substances actives<\/strong> et de co-formulants. Dans l&rsquo;Union Europ\u00e9enne, <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2005\/396\/2021-07-26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>le r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 396\/2005<\/strong><\/a> fixe <strong>les limites maximales de r\u00e9sidus (LMR)<\/strong> applicables \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation humaine et animale.
