Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 propre aux r\u00e9cipients en contact avec les aliments est \u00e9galement une exigence envisag\u00e9e par l&rsquo;art. 3 du r\u00e8glement CE 1935\/2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un groupe de travail d\u00e9di\u00e9, M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences peut effectuer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;analyse olfactive et gustative par panel test<\/strong>, selon<strong> UNI 10192, DIN 10955 et ISO 13302<\/strong> et <strong>test Robinson<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;odeur, de l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-go\u00fbt et de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-odeur (taint)<\/strong> selon la norme <strong>UNI EN 1230-1 et -2<\/strong> sur des \u00e9chantillons de papier et de carton ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;analyse de recherche par <strong>GC\/MS<\/strong> pour d\u00e9tecter et quantifier les substances volatiles qui peuvent passer de l&#8217;emballage \u00e0 l&rsquo;aliment et dans l&rsquo;espace de t\u00eate de l&#8217;emballage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/fr\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Contactez nous<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cas sp\u00e9cifique de l&#8217;emballage, les analyses sensorielles permettent de comprendre si le r\u00e9cipient maintient inchang\u00e9es les caract\u00e9ristiques organoleptiques de la denr\u00e9e alimentaire ou si elles changent en raison de la migration de substances volatiles dans celui-ci.
