d\u2019observations disponibles sur la croissance, la survie ou l\u2019inactivation des bact\u00e9ries, en fonction de facteurs environnementaux, de pr\u00e9dire si les micro-organismes vont <strong>se multiplier, survivre, ou mourir<\/strong> dans un aliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nous vous proposons nos services de microbiologie pr\u00e9dictive pour&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Simuler la croissance<\/strong> d\u2019un germe en tenant compte des principaux facteurs (temp\u00e9rature, pH, activit\u00e9 de
