Sur celles-ci, nous effectuons des analyses pour isoler les souches d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat avant de les soumettre \u00e0 la technique d\u2019identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-caracterisation-d-isolats-microbiens\">Caract\u00e9risation d\u2019isolats microbiens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les contr\u00f4les des environnements de production, des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, des produits semi-finis, des produits finis, peuvent mettre en \u00e9vidence la pr\u00e9sence de microorganismes pathog\u00e8nes (Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes\u2026). Cette contamination peut \u00eatre ponctuelle ou mettre en \u00e9vidence des souches persistantes.
