Il a ensuite rejoint le <\/span><b>Laboratoire de Biologie des Prions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 la SISSA (International School for Advanced Studies, Trieste). Depuis 2003, il concentre ses recherches sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de la physiologie et de la pathologie des micronutriments, d\u00e9veloppant des mod\u00e8les avanc\u00e9s in vitro pour d\u00e9finir la biodisponibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des formulations.
