De plus, des <strong>croisements de<\/strong> <strong>bases de donn\u00e9es publiques<\/strong> ont permis d&rsquo;enrichir encore la liste des mol\u00e9cules \u00e0 inclure dans les biblioth\u00e8ques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des biblioth\u00e8ques propri\u00e9taires pour l&rsquo;analyse des compos\u00e9s cibles de chaque \u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux investigations et \u00e9valuations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par nos chercheurs : <strong>plus de 1000 mol\u00e9cules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es<\/strong> en fonction de la fr\u00e9quence de d\u00e9tection dans les analyses, de la pr\u00e9sence dans plus d&rsquo;une base de donn\u00e9es publique et de la disponibilit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riel de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Mais le travail de nos experts ne fait que commencer. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les <strong>autorit\u00e9s internationales<\/strong> telles que l&rsquo;OMS, la FDA et l&rsquo;EMA conviennent que la caract\u00e9risation chimique est une <strong>\u00e9tape fondamentale pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>caract\u00e9risation chimique<\/strong> est le processus \u00ab <strong><em>d&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;informations chimiques sur un emballage pharmaceutique pertinentes pour leur \u00e9valuation biologique et toute \u00e9valuation des risques toxicologiques <\/em><\/strong>\u00bb. Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des informations, la caract\u00e9risation chimique peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en testant les extractables et les Leachables : les lignes
