Cette tendance conduit in\u00e9vitablement les fabricants \u00e0 s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser aux NIAS, ce qui pose un <strong>d\u00e9fi analytique<\/strong> permanent en raison de l&rsquo;introduction d&rsquo;un grand nombre de <strong>nouveaux additifs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cadre-reglementaire-et-lignes-directrices-pour-les-nias\"><strong>Cadre r\u00e9glementaire et lignes directrices pour les<\/strong> NIAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment au <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2004\/1935\/oj?locale=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b01935\/2004<\/a>, les <strong>mat\u00e9riaux en contact avec les aliments<\/strong> ne doivent <strong>pas mettre en danger la sant\u00e9 humaine<\/strong>, <strong>alt\u00e9rer la composition des aliments<\/strong> ou <strong>d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer les caract\u00e9ristiques organoleptiques<\/strong> dans des conditions normales. Par cons\u00e9quent, le contr\u00f4le des composants des mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;emballage susceptibles de migrer dans les aliments devient essentiel pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9pistage des NIAS dans les <strong>emballages<\/strong> s&rsquo;av\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement utile dans ces circonstances.
