Cuando las condiciones son adversas puede formar esporas que, al germinar, sintetizan enterotoxinas diarreicas o em\u00e9ticas. Su h\u00e1bitat natural suele ser el suelo o el polvo, y los principales alimentos en los que puede crecer son, entre otros, las verduras, las salsas, la leche y cereales como el trigo o el arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1100\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/bacillus-cereus.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41540\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em>Bacillus Cereus<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los platos preparados de pasta alimenticia pueden contener esta bacteria gram positiva<\/strong>, por lo que se debe tener un control del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n.&nbsp; Es importante conocer la concentraci\u00f3n del microorganismo en las materias primas utilizadas, adem\u00e1s de controlar la manipulaci\u00f3n de los operarios durante el procesado y mantener la cadena de fr\u00edo para ralentizar su crecimiento.
