Las esporas, omnipresentes y resistentes, permiten la contaminaci\u00f3n de muchos productos alimenticios y son una de las principales preocupaciones en la prevenci\u00f3n del deterioro de los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a0La cereulida es termoestable, resistente al \u00e1cido y a las enzimas digestivas<\/strong>, y puede seguir presente en los alimentos despu\u00e9s de que los g\u00e9rmenes hayan sido eliminados por los procesos de conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ingesti\u00f3n de alimentos contaminados suele provocar n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos.
