{"id":23444,"date":"2022-03-05T15:41:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-05T15:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/?p=23444"},"modified":"2025-07-07T11:24:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T10:24:10","slug":"efsa-dictamina-que-el-dioxido-de-titanio-ya-no-se-considera-seguro-como-aditivo-alimentario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/es\/efsa-dictamina-que-el-dioxido-de-titanio-ya-no-se-considera-seguro-como-aditivo-alimentario\/","title":{"rendered":"La EFSA dictamina que el di\u00f3xido de titanio ya no se considera seguro como aditivo alimentario"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La EFSA publica un nuevo dictamen cient\u00edfico que actualiza su evaluaci\u00f3n previa sobre la seguridad del aditivo alimentario di\u00f3xido de titanio (E 171).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien el E 171 es un aditivo alimentario autorizado de acuerdo con el Reglamento (CE) N\u00ba 1333\/2008, <strong>el panel de expertos sobre aromas y aditivos alimentarios de EFSA concluye<\/strong> en este nuevo dictamen que, tras evaluar todos los estudios y datos cient\u00edficos disponibles, <strong>el di\u00f3xido de titanio no puede seguir siendo considerado seguro como aditivo alimentario debido a que no se pudieron descartar problemas de genotoxicidad despu\u00e9s del consumo de las part\u00edculas que componen este aditivo alimentario.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El di\u00f3xido de titanio se utiliza como colorante alimentario principalmente en confiter\u00eda (golosinas, chicles\u2026), panader\u00eda y salsa.
