{"id":22318,"date":"2022-06-23T10:19:15","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T09:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/?p=22318"},"modified":"2025-07-07T12:00:30","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T11:00:30","slug":"nuevos-limites-de-pfas-en-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merieuxnutrisciences.com\/es\/nuevos-limites-de-pfas-en-alimentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos l\u00edmites de PFAS en alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La CE est\u00e1 trabajando en un proyecto para establecer l\u00edmites de PFAS en algunos alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las <strong>sustancias perfluoroalquiladas (PFAS) son contaminantes qu\u00edmicos perjudiciales para la salud<\/strong> y cuya ingesta se produce principalmente a trav\u00e9s del agua y los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>\u00e1cidos sulf\u00f3nicos perfluorooctanos (PFOS), el \u00e1cido perfluorooctanoico (PFOA) son las sustancias perfluoroalquiladas (PFAS)<\/strong> m\u00e1s conocidas y que han tenido una amplia aplicaci\u00f3n industrial por su estabilidad qu\u00edmica y t\u00e9rmica. Dichas sustancias son muy persistentes en el medio ambiente y aunque se han dejado de utilizar, se ha producido una bioacumulaci\u00f3n en los medios acu\u00e1ticos y terrestres, que contribuye a la exposici\u00f3n de las personas a dichos contaminantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La EFSA emiti\u00f3 un dictamen en 2020 en el que se establec\u00eda una ingesta tolerable admisible de PFAS, bas\u00e1ndose principalmente en proteger de los efectos de estas sustancias en el sistema inmunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de las recomendaciones de la EFSA, la CE quiere establecer unos l\u00edmites de PFAS en determinados alimentos, lo que supondr\u00e1 una modificaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/doue\/2006\/364\/L00005-00024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 1881\/2006<\/a>, por el que se fija el contenido m\u00e1ximo de determinados contaminantes en los productos alimenticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>M\u00e9rieux NutriSciences<\/strong> tenemos una gran experiencia en el an\u00e1lisis de PFAS y colaboramos en diversos grupos de trabajo en los que se tratan aspectos t\u00e9cnicos: equipos, l\u00edmites y mol\u00e9culas controladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos analizar PFAS mediante <strong>LC-MS\/MS o LC de alta resoluci\u00f3n con detector MS Orbitrap<\/strong>, realizando la preparativa espec\u00edfica requerida para cada tipo de matriz (extracci\u00f3n liquido-s\u00f3lido, diluci\u00f3n, concentraci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Celia Guada\u00f1a \u00b7 celia.guadana@mxns.com<\/strong><br>Departamento de Consultor\u00eda Reglamentaria \u2013 <em>Food Compliance Solutions<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Olga Lahoz \u00b7 olga.lahoz@mxns.com<\/strong><br>Departamento de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente \u2013 An\u00e1lisis y Ensayos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La CE est\u00e1 trabajando en un proyecto para establecer l\u00edmites de PFAS en algunos alimentos.
