Sie sind an zahlreichen Stoffwechselreaktionen im K\u00f6rper beteiligt und dienen unter anderem dem Erhalt einer<strong> gesunden Haut<\/strong>, dem Aufbau <strong>starker Knochen<\/strong> sowie der <strong>Energiegewinnung<\/strong>.
