In May 2017, our Annual Satisfaction Survey was sent to our clients to assess their perception regarding our level of service. The results are more than encouraging and will stimulate us to surpass ourselves.

  • 89% of the respondents are satisfied, very satisfied or extremely satisfied with us.
  • 86% of the respondents qualify our Education Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 70% of the respondents qualify our Customer Care Team as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 81% of the respondents qualify our Microbiology Testing Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 79% of the respondents qualify our Chemistry Testing Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 72% of the respondents qualify our Labeling & Regulatory Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 83% of the respondents qualify or Sensory & Consumer Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 87% of the respondents qualify our Research Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 83% of the respondents qualify our Auditing Services as Excellent or Above Average.
  • 90% of the respondents qualify our Consulting Services as Excellent or Above Average.

As part of the Customer Excellence Program, putting the clients at the center of our concern, we are definitely willing to improve these results for a better customers’ satisfaction.
