Mérieux NutriSciences is a proud sponsor of the 2018 DIAA Victorian Conference that will take place on 10-11 May at the Peninsula C, Atlantic Group, Central Pier, Docklands.

Eugenia Aspotolidis will be speaking on the second day about transforming environmental monitoring across the food industry. With the ongoing price war between Australian retailers, the FMCG industry is being asked to produce higher quality products at cheaper prices. This forces manufacturers to cut costs across the board, potentially compromising on quality & brand reputation. Eugenia will explore scenarios where companies can both improve their Food Safety Systems as well as reducing costs to minimise their risk of products contamination.
